Boiled Like a Pot Sticker
Sachiko hosted a Japanese cultural fair at our site, and 21 JICA volunteers from around the country came to share their tea ceremonies, chop sticks, calligraphy, and food with the local people.
The fair was a success, and to celebrate Sachiko arranged a trip to the Fuentes Georginas hot springs in Zunil. Tropical storm Agatha destroyed them last year, and it took months to clear the landslides. Now they are finally open and renovated.
